Common questions about pricing

Why per-agent and not per-minute?

Variable per-minute billing is unpredictable and biases against high-performing teams. Flat per-agent means heavy callers cost the same as light ones — your most productive agents don’t make your bill explode.

What if my team is light usage?

For most outbound desks, the answer is “you’re not as light as you think.” But for very light operations (under 100 min/agent/day), per-minute carriers might still be cheaper. Tell us your usage and we’ll do an honest comparison.

Are there setup fees?

None. Zero setup fees, zero activation fees, zero minimum spend beyond the first month.

Can I change my plan mid-month?

Yes. Add or remove agents anytime — billed pro-rata. Add new markets anytime. Cancel after the commitment period.

What if I exceed reasonable use?

Our service is “unlimited reasonable business use.” If your usage is so heavy it’s clearly an outlier (say, 500+ min/agent/day for weeks), we’ll have a conversation about right-sizing. We’d rather have an honest chat than penalty fees.

How do you make money if it’s flat?

We’re a carrier with direct origin-based routing — our cost basis is well below retail per-minute rates. We make money on margin, not on caps. The flat-fee model just removes friction for our customers.
